Purchase Contract

Doodledogs.ca guarantees the puppy purchased to be in good health to the best of their knowledge at the time of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the health of the puppy upon delivery as outlined in the accompanying health guarantee.

The puppy is guaranteed against severe inherited problems as outlined in the health guarantee.

The puppy is sold on a pet contract, and is to be neutered or spayed by the age of six (6) months unless other arrangements have been made. Doodledogs.ca requires a copy of the spay/neuter certificate to be sent no later than eight months after the birth of the puppy.

The seller assumes no financial, legal or civil responsibility for the puppy once it is transferred to the buyer.

All shipping costs for the puppy are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

All veterinary care and associated costs are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer upon purchase of the puppy.

Any amendments or additions to this agreement must be made in writing and be signed by the buyer and seller.

The health guarantee is non-transferable. All guarantees stated apply to the original buyer only.

The guarantee is null and void if there is any evidence of neglect or abuse.

The buyer agrees that they understand this contract fully and the guarantee is void if this agreement is not signed and postmarked for return to the seller within fourteen (14) days from the arrival of the puppy.
